Returns

We accept returns within 3-5 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
